Refund Policy — Course & Certification Purchases (Students)

Due to the nature of digital courses and certifications, all course and certification purchases are final once the course has been accessed or enrollment has begun. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except:

· where required by applicable law;

· where you were charged in error or charged twice for the same purchase; or

· where you were unable to access the content you paid for due to a technical fault on our end that we could not resolve.

If you believe one of these exceptions applies, contact us with your order details and we will review your case individually.

Refund Policy — Creator Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period and are non-refundable for partial periods. For example, if you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, but we do not refund the unused portion. You can cancel future billing at any time from your dashboard.
