1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SOP Master, whether as a creator or a student, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. What SOP Master Is
SOP Master is a platform that lets creators build, host, and sell online courses and certifications, and lets students enroll in and complete that content. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
3. Creator Accounts & Subscriptions
Creators pay a recurring subscription fee, billed via Stripe, for access to platform features at their chosen plan level. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund amounts already charged, except as described in our Disclosure & Refund Policy. Creators are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the courses, certifications, and claims they publish on their tenant site.
4. Student Purchases & Access
Course and certification fees are due as described at the time of purchase. Access to paid content is granted upon successful payment and remains subject to these terms and to the individual creator's course policies, where disclosed.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to share your account credentials; copy, scrape, or redistribute course content without authorization; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempt to circumvent payment or access controls; or use the platform's AI features to generate content that infringes another party's rights.
7. Intellectual Property
Course content created by a creator remains that creator's property, or their licensors', subject to the license they grant students to access it for personal learning. The SOP Master platform itself — its software, design, and branding — remains our property and may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or resold.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOP Master is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including damages arising from a creator's course content or conduct. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or pose a risk to other users. You may close your account at any time; outstanding subscription charges remain due through the end of the then-current billing period.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to online commerce in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
